This Acoustic Tuesday celebrate music at The Little Door with Brighu Sahni.Expect to hear a mixed bag of Acoustic Fingerstyle Music, Sufi-Flamenco leanings and infectious Drum n Bass and Reggae Rhythms. The evening will kickstart with an opening act by Grease Monkeys followed by the main act by Brighu Sahni. Come enjoy great music along with delectable food and cocktails only at TLD.

Brighu Sahni
Bhrigu Sahni is a guitarist vocalist and composer based out of New York City. He is known for his versatility on the guitar, using unconventional techniques to create soundscapes that have enthralled audiences worldwide. Bhrigu is a graduate from the Berklee College of Music, Boston and holds an Artist Visa granted by the United States government for his outstanding ability in the field of music. Having played over 500 shows at venues from Carnegie Hall, NY to the Wills India Fashion Week, Delhi, he brings an energy and dynamism to each of his performances. He has performed and collaborated with artists such as Karsh Kale, Grammy Nominee Meshell Ndegeocello and Angelique Kidjo.

Grease Monkeys
Grease Monkeys is an experimental project. Being from different walks of life and differed influences, brings in a new flavour to our music.

Karan Chitra Deshmukh – Playing percussions professionally since 2 years now. His forte being Fusion where the east meets the west.
He also finds himself learning and performing with Karsh Kale. Karan is based in Mumbai.

Lionel Crasta – Lionel has been performing and composing music for 3 years now, and plays the keyboard, the guitar and he is also a singer. He has performed with a few bands from Mangalore. Influenced by Western Classical music he is quite the classical guitar player.

Varun Rao – A singer/song-writer, also from Mangalore. He has been performing for 3 years now. A guitar player for most of the musical journey so far, has also learnt to play the Saxophone and the Ukulele. Influenced a lot by old school music and nature, his music has a different approach.
