As the name suggests, the evening will present two wonderful flautists, from two completely diverse and different worlds, conversing with each other through the medium of Music. Amit Nadig is a Carnatic Flautist. Pablo Salcedo is Argentinian and plays the Pan Flute. This is Music without barriers. Music from the heart. They will be ably backed by eminent tabla artiste, Muthu Nathan (shagird of late Ustad Alla Rakha as well as Ustad Zakir Hussain) and Aman Mahajan, well known jazz pianist.

Special featured artiste is Hindustani vocalist, Priya Kalyanpur.

Pablo Salcedo – Recognized as World Flutes Master, Pablo Salcedo is a multi-instrumentalist, teacher and composer. His concerts and workshops incorporate instruments and other world flutes such as siku, ocarina, anatas, erke, quenon, shakuhachi and bansuri. Besides, he is a specialist in contemporary instruments like traverse flute and saxophone.

Pablo Salcedo is an active solo recitalist and chamber musician appearing in concerts worldwide, including, Europe and Latin America. His performances have been heard on several radio and television stations. He is currently on the faculty of the School of Music of the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo where he teaches saxophone and traditional – popular winds. Pablo Salcedo is an Artist/Clinician. He created the acclaimed World Flutes Festival in 2009.

Amith Nadig – Youngest flautist to get an A grade ranking with the All India Radio, Amith is a disciple of his father Shri B.K. Ananthram and Padma Bhushan Shri. R.K. Shrikantan.

Aman Mahajan – Jazz pianist par excellence Aman graduated from the prestigious Berklee school of Music and has been accompanying some of the best musicians in India today. He has also featured on Coke studio.

Muthu Kumar – Tabla Master and multi percussionist, a student of the late Ustad Alla Rakha and also of Ustad Zakir Hussain.

Priya Kalyanpur – Trained in Hindustani vocals in Mumbai under Smt Vrinda Munkur and Smt. Gouri Phatare, Priya`s melodious voice has adorned quite a few albums. She has toured extensively and graced many stages in India and abroad.

Priya also teaches Hindustani vocals in Bangalore.
