Carl is a highly respected Saxophonist/Flautist/Composer from USA and a longtime friend of India – having appeared with many of India’s leading musicians over the years. He performs regularly internationally and in New York City. He is also a professor of music and teaches at Hampshire College and Columbia U. He has several albums to his credit and has studied the Indian classical Bansuri for over 20 years.
Carl will be joined by an international cast of musicians including Hideaki Tokunaga on guitar from Japan. D Wood on contra bass guitar from USA, Benny Soans from Mumbai on drums and a line up of guest artists. The program will include Carl’s original compositions and jazz standards.
