BAD 25 (Documentary)
Bad 25 is a 2012 documentary film about the 25th anniversary of Michael Jackson’s 1987 album Bad. The film was directed by Spike Lee who has previously directed Jackson in the music video for “They Don’t Care About Us”, as well as directing the posthumous music video for the song “This Is It”. A 25th anniversary edition reissue of the Bad album was also released on September 18, 2012 sharing the same name as the film.
The film was first screened at the 69th Venice International Film Festival on August 2012 and was shown for a limited time in New York and Los Angeles theaters on October 19, 2012. The film was released on Blu-ray and DVD on July 2, .

Shantanu Pandit is a Delhi based singer/songwriter. Shantanu believes in strong lyrical content, and finds it safe to say that his songs reflect this belief. He has been actively performing as a professional musician for around 2 years. He finds it hard to categorize his style of playing, but finds it least misleading to call it acoustic folk-rock.

This will be Shantanu’s Debut Gig in Mumbai!

Drawing Short Straws is a three piece alt rock band from Pune. The trio consists of Sunai Marathe (guitars, vocals, keys), Shreyas Iyengar (drums, vocals, samples) and Siddharth Gupta (bass). The project began as the studio project of Sunai and Shreyas and it has transformed in to a live act. The trio are working on the release of their debut record.

THE TRUE SCHOOL BAND (Mumbai/Manhattan)
Coming from diverse musical backgrounds, the True School Band incorporates elements from various genres and styles into a polished and refined presentation that is surely not to be missed. The band consists of Pawan Benjamin (saxophone), Andrea Wood (vocals), Jeffrey Koch (bass), Sean Richey (guitars), Philippe Lemm (drums) and Angelo Di Loreto (keyboards), all graduates of the prestigious Manhattan School of Music, NYC and now teaching faculty at Mumbai’s True School of Music.
A truly international faculty, these performers have played at the most prestigious venues and festivals across the globe. For the performance at ‘Live From the Console’, apart from their original compositions, ‘The True School Band’ will present works by legends ranging from the Beatles and Joni Mitchell, to Stevie Wonder and Herbie Hancock, encompassing rock, jazz, soul and everything in between.
