Lucynic Fix, a Pune based band, first started off as a 3 member acoustic setup called ‘Joint Venture’, with a cajon instead of a traditional drum kit for percussion. They have retained the cajon for the acoustic sets and introduced the drum kit for their plugged-in sets. Their songs primarily were written with an acoustic setup in mind, however over time they discovered the absence of grunge, that they all are inclined to and that lead to the forming of ‘Lucynic Fix’. Along with the newly acquired name came the desire to take their music a level higher than before.
