Hailing from Mumbai, individually they have lent their abilities for numerous Musical Collaborations, Bollywood movies and endless Jingles that you have been hearing on your tele!
Roshni Baptist:
Music came into her life at a very early age and has continued to be an important part of her journey. Singing throughout her school & college years, she was the lead singer of Pop/Rock band FIRE N ICE’.
After a 10 year long hiatus, she returned to music and decided to take it up professionally. She has lent her voice for various Jingles and Bollywood playback credits
She is the voice for the I LEAD INDIA campaign a Times Group initiative and Jo Mera Hai Who Tera for Airtel; has sung tracks for Murder 2, Talaash
Currently she is working on her first studio album with Neil Gomes, who has arranged most of the songs that are being produced by Zorran Mendonsa, Sheldon D Silva and Daniel Krego. The album is a collaboration of various musicians, which has helped bring about an eclectic sound to her music.
Her musical influences vary from Sara Bareilles, John Mayer, Norah Jones, Pink, Miranda Lambert and Adele to name a few.
Jose Neil Gomes:
Multi-Instrumentalist / Composer / Arranger & Programmer – part of critically acclaimed Sufi artist – Kailash Khers band, Kailasa!
Has command over 23 instruments including:
– STRINGS: Violin, Viola, Cello, Upright Bass, Guitar, Mandolin, Piano and Ukulele.
– WIND: Flute, Saxophone, Clarinet, Melodica and Harmonica.
– BRASS: Trumpet, Tuba, Trombone and French Horn.
– Various Percussive Instruments.
He has also played alongside Grammy-award winning international acts like Imogen Heap, Seun Kuty, Juno Reactor and Teagen n Sara.
Neil has also been a part of various TV shows that include MTV UNPLUGGED and the new season for COKE STUDIO – India.
Jerson Anthony:
Bass player, Composer and Arranger – He started his musical journey at the age of 12 studying the piano and then later on took a keen interest in the bass guitar and hasn’t looked back ever since.
Initially starting out with various college and local rock bands, he’s played for numerous festivals like Independence Rock, Campus Rock Idols, GIR, Mumbai Festival to name a few; and was a part of CHANNEL V LAUNCHPAD in the 1st and 3rd seasons.
His stint as a bassist has led him to play for various music directors in the Bollywood Industry like PRITAM, Aadesh Srivastav, Sandesh Shandilya to name a few.
