Lamakaan hosts an evening of live music with a message.

Mohamed Mehdi is a musician, composer, and professor of philosophy (Chicago).His songs are influenced by reggae, folk-rock and Indian styles of music combining themes of political and personal struggle, philosophical questioning and mysticism. The thread that links these songs is the fight for freedom at every level. At Lamakaan, He will be performing original compositions with the support of talented guest artistes from Hyderabad. This interactive performance will make you sing, think and participate.
