Straight Jacked Up: A four piece alternative rock band from Mumbai consisting of Sarthak Swami (Vocals/guitar) Samit Kadlag (Guitar) Su Challam (Lead guitar) and Aman Jagwani (Drums). They’ve played all around the city at festivals like the Mahindra Blues Festival as well as venues like The Little Door, STFU and The White Owl. They’re influenced by an immensely different set of genres. From Jack White to Red jumpsuit apparatus, Linkin Park to Muddy Waters. Their sound will make you move, maybe groove, but will definitely make you come back for more.

Rutherford: Formed in June 2014, ‘Rutherford’ is a trio of students from The True School Of Music.
The band consists of Azaman Hoyvoy on vocals and guitar, Siddharth Shankar on guitar and Dhir Mody on drums/percussion. ‘Vibing’ at the same level despite having different musical influences, Rutherford turned what could have been an obstacle, into their strength. Diverse musical ideas, giving birth to a fresh sound is the band’s USP. Azaman Hoyvoy, only 17, has played shows at various venues like the Little Door, Palm Expo and has contributed to many ad film soundtracks as a sessions vocalist. Siddharth Shankar originally from Bangalore, has played with L Curve Blurred, 30 ton capacity and Strange Brew (Bangalore). Since moving to Bombay to study at The True School Of Music, he has performed with Reuel Benedict, Mallika Barot and Future Jazz Poets.Dhir Mody has been playing sessions with bands from Pune and Bombay. Has played across the country with Tribal Flora, Reuel Benedict Collective, Roshni Baptist, Empty Cafe to name a few. He also plays West African percussion with the Taal Inc. Rhythm Ensemble at festivals like NH7, Damru, Ustad Allah Rakhas birthday celebration.

Sticking to no musical boundaries and constantly sonically experimenting, Rutherford is currently working on their debut concept album.
