Sundog Project at Blue Frog, Pune

Sundog Project is an electronic/alternative/experimental/rock band from New Delhi, India founded by Rahul Das who serves as the primary songwriter and composer. Disavowing the musical style and influences of most of their contemporaries, Sundog has a densely layered sound which contains elements of electronica, industrial, alternative rock, goth, dark wave, new wave and orchestral sounds amongst others.

As of 2015, Sundog is both a solo act as well as a full blown band. Both avatars cater to certain moods and vibes, together forming a vast and varied soundscape. The solo act consists of Rahul Das (vocals,guitars, synth and electronics) while the bands line up consists of Rahul Das (vocals, guitars, synth, electronics, production), Shardul Mehta (drums, percussion and electronic drums) and Rahul Sainani (guitars, vocals and percussion). Sundog released their debut album called Hex1/Visions on october 2013. As of 2015 they are looking forward to releasing a second album called TORA along with carefully crafted music videos for songs from the album.
