Spud in the Box is a six piece Alternative Pop-Rock band formed in March 2011 in Mumbai.

The band released its debut EP, titled ‘Attention Please’ in January , which has received a majority of positive reviews from around the country.

Recently, Spud In The Box was awarded “Best Rock Band – People’s Choice” at the Radio City Freedom Awards and “Best Produced Band” at the IRA awards.

They have opened for some of the biggest acts in India like Indus Creed, Junkyard Groove and Raghu Dixit as well as Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Norah Jones (at A Summer’s Day in Mumbai).
