Midland Sparks and Big City Harmonics down for you this Thursday at the High Local Scene!

Big City Harmonics is a new electronic music collaboration between Rohan Hastak and Sidhant Naren. The sound is created using heavily layered atmospherics, chopped up funk beats, distorted vocals, chilled out grooves, deep bass lines and all that good stuff that gets you grooving and moving. This unique presentation of stuff you’ve probably never heard will definitely make for a killer live experience.

Maitreya Rajurkar takes it up a notch this week with a multiplicity of genres as one half of Midland Sparks, his alter ego project. Influenced by artists the likes of Four Tet,
Nicolas Jaar, Koreless, Nosaj Thing and Bonobo, the set will feature an
amalgamation of unconventional sounds that will draw you into a journey fraught with earworms.
