Thomson Andrews
Thomson Andrews is a young singer with a flair for versatility taking on projects across various genres be it R&B, Jazz, Soul, Funk, Hip-Hop, Gospel, Motown, Pop, Broadway, Sufi, Indian Contemporary or even across languages like Latin, Tamil, Spanish, French, Turkish etc. Although a fairly new entrant to the Indian music industry, Thomson has already worked with heavy weights like A.R.Rahman, Ranjit Barot, Amit Trivedi,Hitesh Sonik, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Pritam, Vishal Bhardwaj, Vishal Shekhar, Salim Sulaiman, Clinton Cerejo, G.V Prakash, Bappi Lahiri, Leslie Lewis, Sohail Sen.
Thomsons genesis in music began very early on when he sang at school competitions and was an active part of the church choir. His catapulting into the world of music however began at a gospel talent show that Andrews won at the tender age of 19 back in 2007.
Working with Rahman started Thomsons career when he first performed at the IPL awards show with him. Post which he has worked with Rahman on numerous film projects, songs, background scores and has lend additional vocals on many notable film projects. Thomsons live shows include performing with singers like Shaan, Sonu Nigam, Sunidhi Chauhan, Hariharan, Mohit Chauhan, Shilpa Rao, Papon, Roop Kumar Rathod and Shankar Mahadevan.
DJ SA
Having a key role in promoting Hip Hop/Trap music, DJ Sa can be seen performing regularly at clubs all around the country. 2013 saw DJ SA playing the NH7 Weekender, Pune to rave reviews.
Further appearances at the NH7 Shakedown parties as well as his own signature night “Fresh” saw him digging into his roots to get Hip Hop the attention it deserves. He has opened for the likes of Akon, Charmillionaire, Kardinal Ofishall, Sean Kingston, Snoop Dogg (Lion), MIMS and DJ Green Lantern resulting in collaborations with Universal Music to promote all their hip hop albums across India in the past.
More recently he opened for “DJ Mick” at VH1’s signature event “Hip Hop Hustle” as well as provided support to bass music kingpin “Flux Pavilion” further cementing his status as a key player in Indian club culture.
