BFLAT presents Presents an exclusive live concert with ‘PIRATE RADIO’ – for One Night Only! An evening that’s firmly into ROCK!
Featuring, for the first (and last) time in 14 years, the members of the original Galeej Gurus power trio,coming together for one last nostalgic blast! Pirate Radio will take you down memory lane, playing some if their favorite covers (Eric Clapton, Gavin Degraw, The Offspring, The Eagles, etc) and some of their original material as well.
The Early set by Blue Munch Factory will present a Tribute to the guitar Legend, Jimi Hendrix.

Ananth Menon: ( guitars, vocals ) A mainstay on the Bangalore rock and blues circles, Ananth Menon has played for bands such as Parachute XVI, Rainbow Bridge, By2 Blues and Hoodoogas
Matthew Harris: ( bass, vocals ): teasing the lower octaves for the better part of two decades, Matthew Harris is the driving force behind the trio’s sound.
Nathan Harris: ( drums vocals ): stepping back into his old drumming shoes, Nathan Harris will reprise his role as the trio’s drummer after 13 years.

BLUE MUNCH FACTORY is not an art piece, or a concept, or divine intervention. You take a bit out of a lot of Blues; hold it by it’s horns; twist it around with over-driven guitar sounds ; sedate it with psychedelic influences; and still let the blues breathe free – that’s the sound and voice of Blue Munch Factory.

The unique sound translates to a power packed trio driven by Mihir Raina, who has been creating, experimenting and collaborating with artists around the country since the past 7 years, He had a brief yet succesful stint with Area 231, which made him travel, notably across the Channel [V] Launchpad 2011 Finals, the Kingfisher Pubrock Fest, The Tuborg Tales India Tour and a number of shows across Delhi, Chandigarh, Goa, Gujarat etc. Since then, he has also played as an independent songwriter/musician across major venues in Delhi, Chandigarh and Chennai and around, and built a reputation as a true Blues man.

The Blue Munch Factory was born at the Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music, the cradle of music education in India, in 2015. Since then, the act has collaborated with artists from Delhi, Chennai, Chandigarh, Bangalore, USA and Japan and has performed at prominent venues like Hard Rock Chennai, Phoenix Chennai, The Piano Man Jazz Club, Turquoise Cottage etc.
