Saat Taaray Saanjh Belaye at Rabindra Sadan, Kolkata

“Saat Taaray Saanjh Belaye” is a tribute to 7 Legendary Poets of Bengal of the last 7 decades. A distinguished poem of each poet will be aesthetically adapted and re-created as a song by the most popular singer of recent times, Lopamudra Mitra. Lopamudra and her crew will be supported by a narrative recitation of Raja for two and half hours. Handsome movie star Abir Chatterjee shall co-ordinate the program. The highly magnificent and gracious presenter Madhumanti Maitra will accompany the star in her beautiful enchanting voice.

Eminent personalities of Bengal like Mrinal Sen, Tarun Majumdar,Soumitra Chatterjee, Sirshendu Mukhopadhyay, Mahasweta Devi, Bani Basu, Samaresh Majumdar, Suchitra Bhattacharya, Dhritiman Chatterjee, Manoj Mitra, Bibhash Chakraborty, Rudraprasad Sengupta, Barun Chanda, Aloka Nanda Roy, Mamota Shankar and few legends like these name will be requested to present in the auditorium. Any Seven of those above living legends will be requested to hand over to the Seven Poets or their families in presence of the representative of the Title Sponsor.
