Samhey band is the combination of sounds, acoustic fusion, Indian & Slavic ancient music with elements of jazz and folk.Eastern Europe had been developing various fusion styles with strong ethnic sounds for almost a decade and SAMHEY is following the same path by using rhythms of India & vocal konnakol percussion & flamenco dance!
Their main intention was to blend not only Indian music, Rock and Jazz but also slavonic sacral melodies with ethnic instruments.
After four year of research this band has created excitement all over Europe during the past few years with their unique sound and musical approach.
The band members have collaborated with several other artists, most notably with Grammy award winner Pt Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, Shahid Parvez, Tony Levin (king crimson), Deva Premal, Mitten and many more.
